SEC Media Days are over and that means that league reporters have had their say in terms of the predicted order of finish. It also means that All-SEC teams have been picked and Georgia has 10 players included. It has seven on the first teams.

The league media voted zero Bulldogs to the first-team offense but there are four on defense. Georgia has also swept the first-team special teams with four representatives.

Fourth-year junior defensive lineman Christen Miller, junior linebacker CJ Allen, sophomore safety KJ Bolden, and senior cornerback Daylen Everette were all named to the first-team defense. Miller is entering his third-season as a major contributor for Georgia while Everette is entering his third season as a full-time starter. Bolden was a Freshman All-American in 2025. He has multiple starts and over 600 snaps under his belt. The 2025 season will be Allen’s third as a major contributor but second as a full-time starter.

As previously mentioned, Georgia gobbled up all of the special teams spots. Brett Thorson, despite still being limited by an ACL injury suffered in the SEC Championship game, is the first-team punter. Peyton Woodring earned first-team place-kicking and kickoff specialist honors. Beau Gardner represents Georgia as the long snapper and Zachariah Branch, a transfer portal addition, is the first-team punt returner and all-purpose.

There are no Bulldog defenders on the second or third teams. Senior tight end Oscar Delp is Georgia’s lone rep on the second team. He’s entering his fourth season as a major contributor. Georgia players made the third team and both hail from California.

Sophomore running back Nate Frazier, the team’s leading rusher in 2024, is on the list. Fourth-year junior right tackle Earnest Greene also made the third team. He’s headed into his third season as a starter at Georgia and will be moving from left tackle to right tackle.

League media also picked Georgia to finish second in the SEC behind Texas. The Longhorns were the overwhelming favorite in terms of first place votes, gaining 96 to Georgia’s 44. Alabama is picked to finish third, followed by LSU and No. 4 and South Carolina at No. 5.
