Georgia adds another major commit for the Class of 2026

Saturday morning brought some very positive news for the Georgia Bulldogs, as Kirby Smart and company flipped one-time Vanderbilt cornerback commit Caden Harris, a top 100 prospect in the country for the cycle. Harris, who officially visited the Classic City last weekend, brings the characteristic length and two-way ability that the Georgia coaches value in their secondary players. He’s another feather in the cap for the Donte Williams/Travaris Robinson duo, which is seemingly on fire in this cycle.

Georgia is on a heater

Harris is the latest addition for the Bulldogs, but he adds to an already incredibly strong cycle for Georgia at the defensive back spot. With a number of safeties and corners already locked in, it’s clear that the coaching staff understood the assignment this go-round, but there were also a couple of specialist additions for the fold that are not to be underrated. Overall, it’s clear that Kirby Smart and company are among the hottest teams on the trail as of this moment, and we’re breaking down what it all means.

Who’s Next?

So, the hits keep coming, but where do things go from here? It’s a fair question, and we’re locking our focus in on the trenches. While the Bulldogs now have three commits on the offensive line, it’s certainly an area where they can continue to stack talent, and we expect the to do so. Who are the names you need be monitoring now? Also, there are other spots to continue to supplement, from defensive line to wide receiver, and we’re taking a look at how things could shake out this cycle to make the most sense and get the Dawgs to where they want to be.
