WATCH: Highlights of new Georgia OT commit Ekene Ogboko

At 6-foot-6, 310 pounds, it’s clear why schools from across the country prioritized the services of offensive tackle Ekene Ogboko throughout his recruitment, but on Wednesday, it was the Georgia Bulldogs who won out for his coveted services.
Georgia overcame the likes of Clemson, Florida, and Notre Dame for the services of the nation’s No. 68 overall prospect and the brother of current defensive tackle Nnamdi.
The Bulldogs began chasing the rising senior almost two full years ago, following a standout camp performance in Athens alongside his older brother, and since that time, Stacy Searels and company have been relentless in their pursuit.
When you turn on the tape, it’s not hard to see why.
Ogboko certainly brings an elite frame, but he’s more than just an impressive body. He showcases a through the whistle nastiness, power to spare, and the ability to move with ease, pulling and getting into the second level on several occasions throughout the tape. Additionally, he’s a menace on the hardwood, racking up steals and driving in the paint for South Garner’s basketball team. That sort of mobility should make his transition to the next level all the more seamless.
