A versatile athlete with skills all over the field, it’s no surprise the Georgia Bulldogs targeted Carrollton rising senior Ryan Mosley for some time now.

At 6-foot-2, 205 pounds, Mosley ranks as the nation’s No. 248 overall prospect and No. 11 athlete in the On3 Industry Ranking, a weighted average that includes all four websites that publish recruiting rankings.

“I spoke with Coach [James] Coley, Coach TRob [Travaris Robinson] and Coach Kirby [Smart], and they are wanting me to figure out what side of the ball I want to play on since they are recruiting me at safety and wide receiver,” Mosley said last fall after a visit to the Classic City.

While Mosley could man the deep field as a corner or safety prospect, the Dawgs appear to be leaning more heavily into keeping the ball in his hands, with James Coley largely focused on adding him to the wide receiver room for the Class of 2026. With long strides to his step, break away speed, and the ability to both make guys miss and break the tackle, it’s quite easy to see why.

Mosley becomes the third wide receiver on the commit list for the Bulldogs in the 2026 cycle, joining four-star prospect Vance Spafford of Mission Viejo High in Tustin, California, and three-star Cartersville product Brady Marchese.

For Mosley, the opportunity to play for the Dawgs is a bit of a lifelong dream realized.

“I’ve always been a Georgia fan since I was little, so to be in this position where I can play for them feels good,” Mosley said. “The fact that they are not pressuring me and allowing me to choose where I want to play they leaving it to me (also feels good). They are the Bulldogs. They will always be on another level from everyone else.”

Mosley is the tenth commitment for the Class of 2026. The Bulldogs were ranked as the fifth class in the nation prior to his pledge on Wednesday.
