Addison Ostrenga likes new group of tight ends
It wasn’t all that long ago that Addison Ostrenga was the young guy coming in and contributing at tight end. Heading into his senior year, Ostrenga is now the old veteran of the position group and sharing his wealth of knowledge with his younger teammates. That group of young players now includes three true freshmen who have joined the roster this summer.
Ostrenga talks about becoming those old guy in the room and mentoring the new young players at the tight end position this summer and preparing them for the upcoming season. He also talks about the process of developing chemistry with the new Iowa quarterback, Mark Gronowski and what that process has been like since he started throwing after spring ball.
