Ben McCollum talks first victory leading the Hawkeye program
Growing up rooting for the Iowa basketball program, Tuesday night had to be a special evening for Iowa head coach Ben McCollum. It was his first game leading the Hawkeye program and he saw his team score 101 points on their way to an easy victory over Robert Morris.
Following the victory, McCollum talks about not making a decision on a starting lineup until about an hour before tipoff, the play of several of his players who were in new or expanded roles on the team, and what he liked about the Hawkeyes play in the first half and what they will have to work on moving forward.
