Highly sought after Class of 2028 in-state offensive lineman Carter Barrett returned to Iowa City on Saturday to attend the Hawkeye Tailgater. For the 6-foot-6, 290-pound prospect from Dowling Catholic, it was a good opportunity to dive deeper into the Iowa football program and learn more about it.
