Tuesday Iowa Players Presser News and Notes
Several Iowa football players met with the media on Tuesday as they prepare for Saturday afternoon’s battle with Minnesota where Floyd of Rosedale will be in the line. Currently, Floyd is safe and sound in Iowa City and resting in the Iowa weight room.
We spoke with the Hawkeye quarterback Mark Gronowski about being a running quarterback and who he looked up to in that regard during his years growing up in the Chicago area. He also talked about the challenge that Minnesota presents with their pass rush coming off a nine sack performance. We also spoke with Iowa offensive linemen Logan Jones and Trevor Lauck about the challenge presented by the Gophers.
