Iowa defense gets stops late

Karson Sharar had ten tackles in the win.

There were times on Saturday when the Iowa defense was struggling to control the line of scrimmage and get stops. But, the Hawkeyes kept battling and in the fourth quarter came up with four straight three and outs against Michigan State that helped Iowa to rally in their 20-17 victory.

Karson Sharar played perhaps his best game as a Hawkeye on Saturday, with ten tackles, including three for loss. Koen Entringer was also in the mix of making big plays on defense and in particularly in the secondary. They discusses the defense and it’s role in the win and Entringer talks about how the Iowa receivers made big plays in the win.
