Hawkeye offensive line expects strong challenge from Iowa State

The numbers were eye-popping for the Iowa offensive line and ground game on Saturday in the win over Albany. Iowa piled up 310 yards on the ground and the offensive line was named the top performing group at that position this past week by Pro Football Focus.
The job will become much tougher for Gennings Dunker, Trevor Lauck and company this coming Saturday when they travel to Ames to face the Cyclones in the annual battle for the Cy-Hawk Trophy. The two offensive tackles met with the media on Tuesday and Lauck spent his time discussing his first collegiate start at left tackle and what Iowa offensive line coach George Barnett had to say in the film room. Dunker discussed his penalty on Saturday for being down the field on a pass play and going on the road in a rivalry game.
