Jaxon Rexroth on his interception and role on defense
When Jaxon Rexroth arrived on the Iowa campus he was still a safety and hadn’t grown into being a linebacker. Now he is a linebacker and a starter when the Hawkeyes play their traditional 4-3 defense. He is also coming in for coverage situations, replacing Jaden Harrell. That was what led to his first career interception on Friday night and the first of the season for the Iowa defense.
He talks about the interception, being an honorary “DoughBoy”, and his role on the Iowa defense when he comes in for Harrell. He also talks about what he has seen from Indiana this season.
