Kate Martin on advancing to the Sweet 16

Once again on Monday night, Kate Martin was doing Kate Martin things on the basketball court. From big shots to big stops to big rebounds, Martin chipped in every category with 7 points, 10 rebounds, and a pair of assists as Iowa moved on to the Sweet 16 in the NCAA Tournament.

Following the win, Martin talked about the hard fought victory over West Virginia. She discussed the rugged play that Iowa faced all game long, the huge block by Gabbie Marshall and drive and score by Syd Affolter, plus the amazing fan support at Carver-Hawkeye Arena.
