Mark Gronowski looking to take shots
While some Iowa fans might not believe it, Mark Gronowski and the Iowa offense has been looking to take shots down the field in the passing game. The Iowa quarterback discusses that in the first two games that has been part of the game plan, but they just haven’t been there due to the defense being played.
This week he hopes a few shot plays, as they are called, will be taken down the field on Saturday against UMass. Gronowski also discusses not wearing a bulky knee brace for the first time in four years this past weekend against Iowa State and why he had been wearing one. He also talked about the Fox Big Noon feature story on the relationship he has with his special needs brother and the reaction that he has received from it.
