Phil Parker on the Iowa defensive backs
If you talk to any of his position players, they swear by the coaching of Phil Parker. He is universally recognized as one of, if no the best position coaches and coordinators in college football and he has the numbers and success to back it up.
Parker met with the media on Friday to discuss his position group, among other things. He talks about the depth that he needs to develop at cornerback during fall camp and who has been impressing him thus far in practice.
Parker also discusses the overall state of his defense heading into the 2023 Iowa football season.
