Preston Ries credits strength coaches for "Freaks" list
If you want evidence that Preston Ries is locked into Iowa football, look no further than the fact that he had zero awareness that he was a Top 50 player on The Athletic’s Freaks List of college football players. He had no idea that he made the list, but when he did learn of it, the redshirt freshman linebacker ended up giving all the credit to the strength and conditioning staff for the training they put him through during the year.
