Warren Ruggiero settles in at Iowa
Once his boss retired last December, Warren Ruggiero knew that he might have to look for a new job. The long time Wake Forest offensive coordinator reached out to long time friend and current Iowa offensive coordinator Tim Lester to see if there might be an opportunity that he was aware of. As things worked out, Iowa would have an analyst position that he could fill and Ruggiero jumped at the opportunity.
Ruggiero spoke for the first time since arriving in Iowa City about his job with the Hawkeye program that includes drawing up game plans for future opponents and what else it might include during the season. He also talks about the former Wake Forest quarterback that joined the Iowa program and his thoughts on Mark Gronowski.
