WATCH: Iowa Women's Basketball open media practice

Not long ago it was late June and the Iowa Women’s Basketball team was just getting underway with summer practice. Fast forward a full month and summer workouts will be drawing to a close within the next couple weeks.

Members of the media were invited into practice for the final time this summer on Tuesday for about an hour. Hannah Stuelke was back on the court after spending several weeks with Team USA, winning a gold medal at the FIBA AmeriCup in Chile. The media was able to see some live scrimmage reps for the first time, which is what most of the video clips will include. The Hawkeyes are still about 105 days out from their season-opener, but there is a lot to like about this year’s squad.
