Our Kansas State buzz comes via a message board post at KSO and digs into all sorts of relevant topics in Wildcat land. Was there a position group on the football team more universally praised in the offseason than the tight ends? I don’t think so.

So, I kept a close eye on what I saw from that collection of talent during practice last week. It is an intriguing spot to discuss because upwards of five guys make sense as someone that should see playing time this year.

As most know, a scary medical event regarding K-State offensive lineman George Fitzpatrick transpired just before the beginning of training camp. As the joint release from the Fitzpatrick family and Kansas State shared, he was quickly cared for, making progress and focusing on his continued recovery.
