Kansas State lands OL Bennett Fraser

Kansas State is back on the board in the 2026 cycle. It is safe to say K-State is rolling on the recruiting trail. Kirksville, Missouri offensive lineman Bennett Fraser has committed to Kansas State.
The announcement from the Missouri native comes on the heels of an official visit to K-State over the weekend. He was one of eight official visitors in Manhattan this weekend.
Some recruitments are a marathon, some are more of a sprint. Fraser’s was closer to a marathon. He received his offer just over a year ago from Kansas State after the offensive line/defensive line camp May 30, 2024. From that point on K-State stayed in contact with the Missouri native making him a major priority.
Fraser then returned for an unofficial visit for the Wildcat win over Cincinnati November 23. He made another trip to Manhattan April 5 for Kansas State’s first Junior Day event of the spring and enjoyed it before returning for his official visit where he committed to K-State.

The Wildcats’ offensive line coach Brian Lepak deserves a lot of credit for this recruiting win. Fraser was originally offered by Conor Riley, but Lepak kept the relationship going and furthered it to where the Missouri native wanted to commit to Kansas State. Lepak continues to roll as Fraser is offensive line commit No. 5 for K-State in the 2026 cycle.
The junior offensive lineman held offers from Missouri, Ball State, Central Arkansas, Northwestern, Sacramento State and UCF before committing to the Wildcats. It is more of a head-to-head win for Kansas State over the in-state program Missouri as Fraser had an official visit scheduled in Columbia for June 20 but will no longer be making the visit.
Overall Fraser is commitment No. 9 in Kansas State’s 2026 class. He joins the class already consisting of cornerback Brandon Ford, offensive lineman LaMarcus Barber, linebacker DJ Ackerson, offensive lineman Oliver Miller, running back Tanner West, offensive linemen Keegan Collins and Justin Morales and quarterback Miles Teodecki.
