Nine Kansas State Wildcats earn 2022 All-Big 12 honors

Kansas State features nine Wildcats spread between the offensive and defensive All-Big 12 first and second teams. Felix Anudike-Uzomah headlines as the Big 12 defensive player of the year. He also earned defensive lineman of the year while Cooper Beebe grabbed the highest offensive lineman honor.
Each also landed on the All-Big 12 first team and are joined by tight end Ben Sinnott and cornerback Julius Brents. Sinnott made it via a fullback designation as it was Texas tight end Ja’Tavion Sanders to earn it at that position.
Deuce Vaughn landed on the All-Big 12 second team for the third straight year. He compiled 285 touches for 1,643 yards.
Malik Knowles is also on the second team as a wide receiver, while Phillip Brooks earned second team honors as a returner. Knowles had a career high 51 touches for 793 yards and five touchdowns.

Newcomer Kobe Savage earned second team honors at defensive back. In 10 games Savage compiled 58 total tackles, three for loss, three interceptions and a forced fumble.
Punter and kicker Ty Zentner also on the All-Big 12 second team.
11 Wildcats also earned All-Big 12 honorable mentions: Ekow Boye-Doe (DB), Phillip Brooks (STPoY), D.J. Giddens (OFoY), Hayden Gillum (OL), Daniel Green (LB), Eli Huggins (DL), K.T.
