In recruiting?

More updates for you with a massive visit weekend upcoming.

DT Walter Mathis talks about how his relationship is growing with Miami ahead of his official visit this weekend.

Plus we catch up with Birmingham (Ala.) Parker three-star cornerback Timothy Merritt. He will be down in Miami for an OV with the Hurricanes this upcoming weekend. He says a big reason for that is because of his relationship with cornerbacks coach Chevis Jackson.

Another weekend visitor will be Orlando (Fla.) Christian Prep three-star offensive tackle Demetrius Campbell who is looking to spend a lot of time with players this weekend learning more about the Miami program

In basketball news, former Samford G A.J. Staton-McCray signed with Miami out of transfer portal. He becomes the 12th player on the 2024-25 roster.
