Riverview (Fla.) Sumner three-star receiver Tyler Williams may only be the No. 516 overall prospect in the On3 Industry Ranking and No. 44 receiver in the On300, but the fast-rising 2025 prospect has quickly turned into one of the more popular recruiting targets on a slew of teams' boards.
