Michigan State freshman Jordan Scott not shy about letting it fly at Moneyball debut

HOLT, Mich. - Incoming Michigan State freshman Jordan Scott was anything but shy in making his Moneyball debut, Thursday night. With a high school reputation as a gifted long range shooter, Scott went to work immediately in that category at the Lansing-area pro-am league at Holt High School while teaming with fellow Spartan Trey Fort in a 96-93 loss to Carson Cooper and Jeremy Fears of Team Tristar. Scott - who is rated the No. 53 player in the nation for the Class of 2025 in the Rivals Industry Rankings - scored 18 points, all on 3-pointers. He was 6-of-15 (40 percent) from Moneyball’s NBA distance 3-point line. (More inside SpartanMag.com).
