EAST LANSING, Mich. - For a fifth straight game, and a fifth straight loss, Michigan State head coach Jonathan Smith had the same description for another unsuccessful Saturday. “Obviously it's not good enough,” Smith said, following the Spartans’ 31-23 loss to Michigan. “Not good enough to overcome some of the penalties we inflicted on ourselves. A couple tough calls, not good enough tonight."
