REACTION: Michigan State HC Jonathan Smith - 'We need another year of development'

EAST LANSING, Mich. - With Michigan State having fallen to 3-7 and in the midst of a seven-game losing streak, Spartan head coach Jonathan Smith was asked near the end of his post-game press conference what he feels he and the team needs to show to Michigan State fans and stakeholders in the final two games of the regular season. “We want to have some success and win a game,” Smith said. “I do think we're showing that these guys are playing with great effort and it means a ton to them.
