Utah 2025 LB Cyrus Polu breaks down his first visit to Michigan State

Michigan State welcomed class of 225 linebacker Cyrus Polu, of St. George (UT) for an unofficial visit over the weekend. It was his first trip to East Lansing, as he was offered by Spartan defensive coordinator/linebackers coach Joe Rossi back in late March. Polu (6-2, 215) holds other offers from Utah, Washington, Stanford, Arizona, and others. He was offered by Oregon State back in June of 2023, during head coach Jonathan Smith's tenure with the Beavers. The linebacker is ranked a three-star, the No. 447 overall recruit in the 2025 On3 Industry Rankings. He is also ranked the No. 48 linebacker and the No. 5 recruit in Utah. Polu arrived in East Lansing for the unofficial visit on Friday, April 12. He was able to take in the scrimmage on April 13, before headed back home.
