The Michigan Wolverines are set to start fall camp as they prepare for the 2025 season, a campaign that has expectations raised after an 8-5 debut under head coach Sherrone Moore.

The folks at BetMGM have the Wolverines’ over/under for total wins this year set at 8.5 with the over at -210 and the under at +175. Michigan is +200 to make the College Football Playoff and -275 to miss the postseason as it seeks its first berth of the 12-team era and fourth total CFP nod in the last five seasons.

Ohio State is the betting favorite to win the Big Ten at +190, followed by Penn State at +240, Oregon at +350 and Michigan at +650, signaling them as a potential dark horse outside of the top three. The next closest team is USC, who sits at +1800, followed by Indiana (+3500), Iowa, Nebraska and Illinois, all sitting at +4000. Washington is at +5000. Michigan plays Ohio State, USC, Nebraska and Washington during the 2025 season. The Wolverines also have +800 odds to to go undefeated (9-0) in confernece play.

BetMGM is giving Michigan +3500 odds to be the No. 1 overall seed in the College Football Playoff and has them at +2500 to win the national championship, which would be their second in the last three years and a third in a row for the Big Ten. Texas is the favorite to win it all at +500, followed by Ohio State (+525), Georgia and Penn State (+700). Oregon and Clemson come in at +900, while Alabama and Notre Dame are tied at +1200. LSU sits at +1500.
