Newsstand: Does Luke Schoonmaker like when crowd screams 'Schooooon?'

Tweets Of The Day
Whenever Michigan graduate tight end Luke Schoonmaker makes a play at The Big House, the crowd, seemingly in unison, yells, ‘SCHOOOOOOON!’ To our knowledge, Schoonmaker has never been asked what he thinks of it, until Tuesday night after practice.
“It’s cool,” Schoonmaker said with a big smile. “It’s cool to experience. That definitely fires me up. And of course, everybody that I talk to after is like, ‘I thought they were booing you, but it’s your last name.’ It’s awesome.”
There’s no question Harbaugh and those in the Michigan program have lost sleep over the last few days following the MSU attacks. Harbaugh himself was up at 4 a.m. Tuesday morning, and had an “epiphany.”
“He was up at 4 a.m. this morning, and he had an epiphany,” graduate center Olusegun Oluwatimi said after practice Tuesday evening. “That epiphany was to focus on Rutgers and not feel like a victim of the situation that happened, and become a victor out of it.

“We’re trying not to let what happened on Saturday be a distraction; we’re trying to move forward.”
That was the message Harbaugh delivered at a Tuesday team meeting, too.
“He was just like telling us, we all know what happened,” Michigan freshman defensive tackle Mason Graham explained. “We’re supporting these guys. Coach Harbaugh and the administration are taking care of it.”
Michigan is undefeated at 8-0, but the Wolverines still have plenty of work to do to if they’re going to make the college football playoff. Head coach Jim Harbaugh’s team is currently in good shape, however, still in control of its destiny after opening at No. 5 in the initial CFP rankings.
The Wolverines are behind No. 1 Tennessee, No. 2 Ohio State, No. 3 Georgia, and No. 4 Clemson. They’re ahead of No. 6 Alabama.
Quote Of The Day
“Just in our D-line room, he gives us a lot of knowledge, even though Coach Elston has been a coach for such a long time. He’ll give us extra pointers here and there on technique or game notes that we’ll be expecting when we’re in the game. So that’s been big.”
