Michigan football reveals uniform combination for homecoming game against Wisconsin
No. 20 Michigan Wolverines football will take on Wisconsin Saturday afternoon at The Big House. The Wolverines announced Friday afternoon they’ll do so wearing blue jerseys with blue pants and maize accessories.
Here’s a look at what Michigan will wear against the Badgers:
This is Michigan’s third home game of the season, having beaten New Mexico (34-17) and Central Michigan (63-3). The Wolverines wore maize pants for each of those.
Michigan typically goes with maize pants at home but often mixes it up with blue pants. The Wolverines have only sported blue pants 23 times in program history — including in 12 home tilts. This will be the 24th outing with blue pants.
Wearing blue pants, Michigan is 19-4 overall and 11-1 at home. The lone loss at The Big House came to Texas last September, 31-12.

Michigan and Wisconsin haven’t played since 2021, when the Wolverines not only won in Madison for the first time since 2001 but beat the Badgers for the first time since 2018. Wisconsin came in having beaten U-M in 2019 and 2020.
