The run-pass option (RPO) is commonly run in college football, and Michigan Wolverines football offensive coordinator Chip Lindsey has a system that heavily implements the concept. Through just seven games of its first season with Lindsey in charge of the offense, Michigan has used more RPOs (121) than it did all of last year's 13-game slate (119), according to Sports Info Solutions.
