Newsstand: Michigan vs. Ohio State will be on FOX again

The Michigan Wolverines’ annual rivalry showdown with the Ohio State Buckeyes is not going anywhere. FOX announced on Monday that the tilt between the hated foes will once again be broadcast on the Big Ten’s flagship network.
A kickoff time was not announced, but it is expected to remain in its traditional 12 p.m. slot as part of FOX’s Big Noon Saturday coverage.
“We don’t just have NFL news, right,” Erin Andrews said at an event making the announcement. “FOX’s college football schedule will be highlighted by Texas-Ohio State in Week 1 and Ohio State-Michigan on Thanksgiving weekend.”
Michigan’s win streak in the series is up to four in a row after a 13-10 win in Columbus in 2024. It was also historic, given that the Wolverines entered the game at 6-5 and a three-touchdown underdog. What followed was a flag plant that will live in infamy, and a stranglehold on the rivalry.
This year’s matchup will take place at Michigan Stadium in Ann Arbor between the last two College Football Playoff National Champions. It should be chock-full of storylines and theater as the rivalry continues into a new and modern era.

Michigan quote of the day
”I think Sherrone Moore is more the victim of being the Michigan head coach at this time. The NCAA is looking for a pound of flesh. They gotta punish somebody. They aren’t gonna take away wins. At least that’s what everybody said on both sides. As everybody has always said, the NCAA can do what they wanna do. That’s never been on the table from what we understand and what we’ve been told by people on both sides and what Pete Thamel and ESPN and everybody else has reported as well.
