Michigan has hosted several recruits for official visits over the weekend.

Here is a look at three targets the Wolverines have the lead for, per the On3 Recruiting Prediction Machine.

WR Travis Johnson, Chesapeake (Va.) Oscar Smith

Michigan has an 85.7 percent chance of winning over Johnson following a home run official visit over the weekend. The Wolverines have prioritized Johnson for more than a year and made him feel needed during his stay in Ann Arbor. Michigan is opening up the offense under new coordinator Chip Lindsey and now has former five-star quarterback recruit Bryce Underwood under center. Both of those factors are moving the needle for Johnson. Both national analyst Steve Wiltfong and I have predictions in for the Wolverines. Johnson is looking to make a decision the week of July 4. Penn State, South Carolina and Georgia are other contenders for Johnson, the No. 161 overall recruit nationally.

DL Ben Boulware, Winston Salem (N.C.) Oak Grove

Michigan has the commanding lead for Boulware with a 69.6 percent chance of landing him. However, we did not submit predictions coming out of the weekend. While Michigan is definitely in the best spot to land Boulware, it appears both sides are taking their time. Remember, Michigan has top defensive line target Titan Davis coming into town this weekend. A lot will depend on how hard Michigan pushes in coming weeks. If the Wolverines go all in, it wouldn’t be surprising to see the three-star prospect in the class. USC is slated to get Boulware, the No. 420 overall recruit nationally, in for an official visit this weekend, but it is unclear if he will make the trip there or elsewhere.

DB Andre Clarke, Richmond (Va.) Hermitage

A four-star prospect, Clarke named Michigan his leader this offseason. Now, the Wolverines are trending heavily on the On3 Recruiting Prediction Machine after a big official visit weekend. In fact, Michigan has a 91.2 percent chance to seal the deal with Clarke, who is looking to make his decision at some point in the next couple of weeks. Both national analyst Steve Wiltfong and I logged predictions in favor of the Wolverines. Kentucky and SMU are still working on Clarke, but all signs point to Michigan winning him over. Clarke, the No. 184 overall recruit nationally, is listed as a safety on On3, but the Wolverines are recruiting him as more of a corner.
