OSU had Michigan’s signs in 2022 — and still lost 45-23 at home? And is collusion illegal?

Finally, the names of the three schools allegedly responsible for stealing Michigan’s signs and passing them to each other have been revealed, and two should surprise nobody. While nobody in the mainstream media was willing to report it, it was a poorly known secret that Ohio State and Rutgers shared U-M’s signs with Purdue before the Big Ten championship game last year.
