Michigan hosted several recruits for its game against Washington over the weekend. Here is a look at three visitors Michigan leads for, according to the Rivals Recruiting Prediction Machine.

QB Donald Tabron, Detroit (Mich.) Cass Tech (2028)

The most important recruit in the 2028 class is Tabron. Like Dante Moore and Bryce Underwood before him, Tabron has all the makings of a five-star quarterback. Tabron has elite arm strength, accuracy, pocket presence and all the intangibles you want at the position. Michigan is off to a strong start here and needs to do everything it can to keep him home. The Wolverines have the lead on the Rivals Recruiting Prediction Machine with a 52.2 percent chance of landing him. However, others like Oregon, Miami and USC are involved as well, so expect this to be an ultra-competitive recruitment. Tabron is ranked as the No. 3 quarterback and No. 29 overall recruit nationally in the 2028 class.

OL Tommy Fraumann, Wilmette (Ill.) Loyola Academy (2026)

Michigan doesn’t have the lead for Fraumann on the Rivals RPM, per se. But that’s because Fraumann is already committed to Miami (Ohio). Rivals National Analyst Steve Wiltfong, myself and our Ethan McDowell all logged predictions for Fraumann to flip to Michigan following his weekend official visit. Fraumann is a Michigan legacy as his father, Bob, played for the Wolverines in the late 90s and was part of the national championship team. The three-star prospect isn’t ranked very high, but he has an intriguing frame and would be an interesting developmental tackle for the Wolverines. It wouldn’t be surprising to see Michigan complete the flip in the near future.

EDGE Jaxon Holly, Alpharetta (Ga.) High (2027)

A three-star prospect, Holly is the younger brother of Michigan EDGE Julius Holly, who signed with the Wolverines last cycle. Jaxon is a legitimate prospect in his own right and has an impressive offer sheet with multiple SEC offers from the likes of LSU, Ole Miss and Texas A&M. Jaxon has made several trips to Michigan, including over the weekend, and the Wolverines should have the inside track to land him, given the staff’s relationship with the Holly family. At 6-foot-2, 215 pounds, Holly is ranked as the No. 39 EDGE and No. 439 overall prospect nationally, per the Rivals Industry Ranking. Michigan has the lead on the Rivals Recruiting Prediction Machine with a 96.5 percent chance of landing him.
