Wolverine TV: Where Michigan stands with On300 OL Blake Frazier

Michigan wrapped up its 2023 class on National Signing Day last month and is now turning the page to the 2024 recruiting class.
One of Michigan’s top priorities on the defensive side of the ball for next cycle is On300 Austin (Texas) Vandegrift offensive lineman Blake Frazier.
The Wolverine’s EJ Holland takes a closer look at Frazier and breaks down his recruitment in this week’s Recruit of the Week segment.
Watch below.
Frazier visited Michigan last fall and is set to be back for another visit this month. Frazier is the son of former Michigan offensive lineman Steve Frazier, who was part of the 1997 national title team and also snapped for the legendary Tom Brady during his time in Ann Arbor.
“My dad played there, and people get hooked on that pretty easily,” Frazier said. “Michigan was always on the TV growing up. It’s hard to not learn to love a team that you are always watching, so that’s been interesting in my recruitment. My dad is trying not to be biased. I love Michigan, but it’s also cool seeing some of these other schools that have interest in me. I’m not saying I won’t end up there, but I’m giving everyone the same look.”
Along with Michigan, Frazier has offers in hand from Clemson, Florida, LSU, Oklahoma, Texas, Texas A&M, USC and others.

The On3 NIL Valuation is an index that looks to set the standard market value for both high school and college-level athletes. The NIL valuation does not act as a tracker of the value of NIL deals an athlete has completed to date. It rather signifies an athlete’s value at a certain moment in time.
