Wolverine TV: Will Michigan flip Top 100 LSU commit Havon Finney?
The Wolverine’s EJ Holland talked about several Michigan recruiting topics on the Tuesday edition of The Wolverine Live, including Top 100 LSU cornerback commit Havon Finney.

Finney Recruitment
Michigan extended an offer to Finney back in February and got him on campus for his first visit in the spring.
Finney gave LSU a verbal commitment in late April, but Michigan secondary coach LaMar Morgan never stopped working behind the scenes. Morgan even visited Finney at Chatsworth (Calif.) Sierra Canyon when U-M played against USC.
With LSU recently firing head coach Brian Kelly, the door is open for Michigan to make a move in this recruitment.
Here is what Holland had to say about Finney.
“I got a chance to see Finney live at the OT7 finals in Dallas this offseason,” Holland said. “He’s a tall, long corner with a ton of athleticism. Michigan has always been the biggest threat to flip him away from LSU. With LSU shaking up its staff, Michigan is in a prime position to get him back to Ann Arbor for a visit and potentially complete a big flip.”
