Of any position to experience high turnover this offseason, NC State’s defensive backs had the most turbulent time. The Wolfpack watched four key players in the secondary, headlined by standout corner Brandon Cisse, depart via the transfer portal since the Military Bowl loss to ECU.  Now, NC State has a plethora of new faces ready to make an impact right away.
