3-star WR Jaire Richburg enters decision-making mode after NC State official visit

Kernersville (N.C.) East Forsyth three-star wide receiver Jaire Richburg has become accustomed to being on NC State’s campus this month. The in-state prospect has made his way to Raleigh at least once a week for the past three weeks as he nears a decision date.  His latest trip to NC State? An official visit.
