Junior running back Christian Freeman is part of a rebirth of sorts at Southeast Raleigh High. Freeman was offered June 5 by NC State running back coach and special teams coordinator Todd Goebbel, and verbally committed July 4. Freeman grew up a NC State fan and didn’t see any reason to wait.
