Intel: NC State hosting ACC defender on transfer portal visit

NC State's football personnel department has been working overtime over the past few weeks. Sleep is likely hard to come by as the Wolfpack continues to get transfer portal targets on campus one after another. Now, it has an ACC defender on campus Tuesday.
