‘It felt like home’: Why 3-star RB Dylan McCoy committed to NC State

As NC State worked through its running back recruiting, it was clear Buford (Ga.) three-star prospect Dylan McCoy was at the top of the Wolfpack’s board. By the time he arrived on campus for his official visit last weekend, McCoy reciprocated that priority with the Pack being his only visit on the schedule. And, well, he committed to the staff on the trip before making it public about a week later via a social media post on Saturday night.  McCoy seemed to know he had a good idea he was going to make his decision on his visit, but he wanted to confirm that on his trip to Raleigh. Sure enough, everything checked the boxes he was looking for to make him comfortable in his pledge to the Wolfpack.
