NC State, which had lost four of its last five, found a way to surge past No. 8 Georgia Tech 48-36 on Saturday night at Carter-Finley Stadium. The Wolfpack earned its second-ever top-10 win under coach Dave Doeren in front of nearly two dozen priority recruits in the stands.
