NC State enters mix for 5-star P Jimmy Gregg with personal approach from STC Todd Goebbel

As Morgantown (W.Va.) five-star punter Jimmy Gregg was walking to his next class last Friday, his phone buzzed with a new text message.  “Call me when you can,” it read, sent from NC State special teams coordinator Todd Goebbel. Gregg, who had visited the Wolfpack earlier this month, quickly ducked into a side hallway to make the call. What he didn’t realize was that Goebbel was about to offer him a full scholarship to play at NC State.
