NC State football: 3 things I like, 3 concerns I have going into Week 2 vs. Virginia

NC State kicked off the 2025 season with a 24-17 win over East Carolina last Thursday night inside Carter-Finley Stadium. The Wolfpack controlled the game early before the Pirates surged back in the fourth quarter to require an NC State fourth-down stop to escape with the victory.  Now, the Wolfpack is set to square off with Virginia in a non-conference battle Saturday (12 p.m., ESPN2). But before the Pack focuses on the Cavaliers, here are three things that I liked from Week 1 and three concerns I have heading into the tilt with Virginia.
