NC State's offense did enough to find the end zone three times to help the Wolfpack beat Florida State 21-11 on Friday night at Carter-Finley Stadium. Sophomore quarterback CJ Bailey was 18-of-25 passing for 152 yards and two touchdowns, while redshirt sophomore Hollywood Smothers led the Wolfpack with 84 rushing yards on 21 attempts. Senior tight end Justin Joly paced NC State with 66 receiving yards and a touchdown on five receptions in another balanced passing effort.  Joly was the Wolfpack's highest-graded player on offense, according to Pro Football Focus, while Anderson and Wilson also posted above average marks in the victory. Let’s take a look at NC State’s full list of initial PFF grades and snap counts with notes to put some of the data into context.
