NC State's offense was able to find success more often than not throughout the fall, including a 30.2 points-per-game total, as the Wolfpack closed the regular season with a 3-1 mark with a high-scoring win over then-No. 8 Georgia Tech to kick off November. Sophomore quarterback CJ Bailey threw for 2,884 yards with 23 touchdowns and nine interceptions with a 69.6 percent competition rate, while he added 215 rushing yards and five more touchdowns. Freshman quarterback Will Wilson, meanwhile, excelled as the Pack's short-yardage rusher with 145 yards and a team-best nine touchdowns on the ground this fall. Redshirt sophomore running back Hollywood Smothers, meanwhile, led the Pack with 160 carries for a team-best 939 yards with six touchdowns. Redshirt freshman running back Duke Scott was a complementary option behind Smothers with 87 attempts for 487 yards and four scores.
