NC State is set to make its shortest drive of the season for a road game as it goes just 22 miles west to face off with Duke on Saturday afternoon (4 p.m., ESPN2) at Wallace Wade Stadium. Although these two programs have only played four times in Wolfpack coach Dave Doeren’s first dozen years in Raleigh, NC State and Duke will meet every season from now until 2030 under the ACC’s new scheduling model. The Pack is 1-3 against the Blue Devils in Doeren’s tenure as Doeren looks for his first-ever win in Durham. To get a better understanding of this season’s Duke team, TheWolfpacker.com caught up with Devil’s Illustrated’s Conor O’Neill, who covers the team for the On3 Network.
