NC State is back in action inside Carter-Finley Stadium as No. 8 Georgia Tech visits on Saturday night (7:30 p.m., ESPN2). The Wolfpack is looking to snap its four-game losing streak against FBS opponents with a top-10 upset bid on the line. But before NC State and Georgia Tech face off, it’s time to post five bold predictions for this weekend’s game. We will check to see how they did ahead of the Wolfpack’s road trip to Miami in two weeks. Looking back at last week’s edition, I went 0-for-5 for the second straight week. We’re in a bad rut, but this is the time to rebound in the right direction.
