NC State Friday 5: Bold predictions ahead of road trip to No. 15 Miami

NC State is headed south to warmer weather as it will square off with No. 15 Miami on Saturday (3:30 p.m., ESPN) at Hard Rock Stadium. The Wolfpack is coming off an upset win over then-No. 8 Georgia Tech, while the Hurricanes beat Syracuse after losing at SMU in overtime. But before NC State and Georgia Tech face off, it’s time to post five bold predictions for this weekend’s game. We will check to see how they did ahead of the Wolfpack’s road trip to Miami in two weeks. Looking back at last game’s edition, I went 2-for-5 (but was so close to getting four correct). We’re back on track with a chance to continue building off it this weekend.
