After years of persistent recruiting between two staffs — both Kevin Keatts and Will Wade — Bradenton (Fla.) IMG Academy four-star small forward Cole Cloer is headed to NC State. The No. 28 recruit in the Rivals Industry Ranking picked the Wolfpack over Alabama, Florida, UConn and UNC on Saturday evening.  Cloer, in a way, is Wade’s first true splash in the recruiting trail when it comes to beating out several “Blue Blood” programs for his services. The Pack was able to land the top North Carolina-born 2026 recruit in Cloer.  TheWolfpacker.com caught up with Rivals Senior National Recruiting Analyst Jamie Shaw to break down what Cloer, a 6-foot-7, 185-pound prospect, brings to NC State and why his commitment is important on the national landscape.
