Scout’s take: What 4-star SF Cole Cloer brings to NC State after commitment

After years of persistent recruiting between two staffs — both Kevin Keatts and Will Wade — Bradenton (Fla.) IMG Academy four-star small forward Cole Cloer is headed to NC State. The No. 28 recruit in the Rivals Industry Ranking picked the Wolfpack over Alabama, Florida, UConn and UNC on Saturday evening.  Cloer, in a way, is Wade’s first true splash in the recruiting trail when it comes to beating out several “Blue Blood” programs for his services.
